This submission is informed by our extensive work in relation to people with disability and disability services over the past 12 years, and our consultations with the disability sector. Under the Community Services (Complaints, Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993 (NSW), the responsibilities of our office include a range of functions targeted at improving the delivery of services to people with disability,
