This submission is informed by our extensive work in relation to people with disability and community services over the past 14 years, and our consultations with the disability sector. Under the Community Services (Complaints, Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993 (NSW), the responsibilities of our office include a range of functions targeted at improving the delivery of services to people with disability.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and to the children of today who are the Elders of the future.
