In February 2023 we made a submission to the Independent Review of SafeWork NSW, which examined SafeWork NSW’s performance of its regulatory functions (including educational functions) under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. Our office provided information about 2 investigations concerning the performance and effectiveness of SafeWork’s compliance and enforcement functions.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and to the children of today who are the Elders of the future.
