This is a copy of our submission to the National Review of Hotel Quarantine. The submission outlines complaints received by the NSW Ombudsman relating to the hotel quarantine arrangements in place in New South Wales in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as suggestions concerning complaint-handling in the context of quarantine arrangements.
