The primary purpose of these submissions is to comment on the provisions of the proposed Animal Welfare Bill that provide for the Ombudsman’s oversight over ‘authorised officers’ and ‘approved charitable organisations'.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and to the children of today who are the Elders of the future.
