Summary

The NSW Ombudsman has made a short submission to the Commonwealth Government’s discussion paper on ‘Safe and Responsible AI in Australia’. We have drawn attention to our report, ‘The new machinery of government: machine technology in administrative decision making’, which addresses a number of the issues raised in the discussion paper about automated decision-making.
