This paper invites comments on a number of questions in relation to the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Amendment Act 2002 and the Summary Offences Amendment (Places of Detention) Act 2002, both commenced on 21 February 2003. However, you are welcome to write about any aspects of the legislation and its implementation. Submissions closed 22 April 2005.
