    The PID Act 1994 requires the Ombudsman to provide an annual report to the NSW Parliament on the Ombudsman’s activities under section 6B of the Act. Sections 6B(1)(e) and (f) require the Ombudsman to report to Parliament specifically on monitoring and auditing activities.
