The Acting Ombudsman has provided a report to General Purpose Standing Committee No. 4 on the progress of Operation Prospect. The report provides an indication of the expected timeframe for completing the investigation. It also outlines the Ombudsman office response to numerous issues that have been raised in submissions we have received over the last three months about the scope and conduct of Operation Prospect.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and to the children of today who are the Elders of the future.
