Working with local Aboriginal communities - Audit of the implementation of the NSW Police Aboriginal Strategic Direction 2003-2006 Special report to Parliament April 2005

Over the past two years, we have audited 14 police local area commands across the state to look at how well police are implementing their NSW Police Aboriginal Strategic Direction. This report details our findings and recommendations and is intended to inform the public and to provide guidance to police about the key issues they need to address to ensure ongoing improvements in Aboriginal-police relations.
