Note: The NSW Ombudsman’s function of administering the Official Community Visitors (OCV) scheme for adults with disability living in supported accommodation ceased in 2019 following the commencement of the Ageing and Disability Commission Act 2019, and the NSW Ageing & Disability Commission [HYPERLINK] now has that function.  The NSW Ombudsman’s function of administering the OCV scheme for children and young people in residential out-of-home-care also ceased in 2019 following the commencement of the Children’s Guardian Act 2019, and the NSW Children’s Guardian now has that function.)
