This is a final report under Section 11(c) of the Community Services (Complaints Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993. Its purpose is to document the outcomes of initiatives instigated by the (then) Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADD), and more recently the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC), in the area of service monitoring.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and to the children of today who are the Elders of the future.
